If you agree with a proposal and want it to move forwards, vote for it.

If you believe a proposal should move forwards to consensus without the need for a full meeting to discuss elements of it, endorse it as well.

If a proposal reaches the required number of votes and has at least as many endorsements, it will move forward into the cooling off period without a meeting.

Meetings as necessary to carry out consensus once it is formed will still happen regardless of how people vote or endorse.

Any offtopic proposals will be removed.
