This phase has no end date initially but will end once the open test is considered operational and reasonably secure.

The Working Group should determine what that means as early as possible.

The first goal of this process is to explore the possibilities of the platform and determine whether and how they intersect with our goals as a Party, beyond the obvious compatibility with concepts such as assemblies and nested assemblies.

After exploring the potentials somewhat we should organise a meeting to discuss whether or not to move forward (whether with more evaluation, or whether moving out of open testing into integration into Party comms formally). Following that meeting will be a five day cooling off period.
