This geographical umbrella assembly is composed of all of the constituency, city, and town assemblies in South East England.
The West Midlands Regional Assembly is composed of all of the geographical assemblies in South East England. This assembly can form policy, engage in mutual aid, and so on, like any other geographical assembly, but with the wider scope of the entirety of South East England.
Should an issue impact multiple (adjacent or otherwise) regions, those regions must combine to form a new temporary umbrella assembly in what is known as a Party Thing.

This assembly has the remit for forming Party Consensus whenever an issue impacts South East England, whether on policy or anything else.

Anyone who lives or votes in a constituency in South East England may participate in this assembly.
