Shromáždění je skupina členů organizace, která se pravidelně setkává nad rozhodováním o konkrétní oblasti působnosti organizace.
Skupiny se scházejí, některé jsou soukromé a některé jsou otevřené. Pokud jsou otevřené, je možné se na nich podílet (například: účast, pokud to dovolí, přidání bodů do pořadu jednání nebo připomínky k návrhům a rozhodnutím tohoto orgánu).
Příklady: Valné shromáždění (které se schází jednou ročně k definování hlavních směrů organizace a jejích výkonných orgánů hlasováním), poradní rada pro rovné postavení (která se každých dva měsíce schází, aby předložila návrhy na zlepšení genderových vztahů v organizaci) se jedná o příklady shromáždění hodnotící komise (která se schází každý měsíc ke sledování procesu) nebo záruční orgán (který shromažďuje případy, zneužívání nebo návrhy na zlepšení rozhodovacích postupů).

This special assembly is composed of a number of elected (and in the case of the Treasurer, appointed) party officers.
Other than the Treasurer, each member of the Secretarial Committee is a secretary - the two general secretaries plus a number of secretaries from operational & umbrella assemblies.
The Committee has no decisionmaking power: it has no remit to form consensus. Instead, it collaborates to find ways to ensure that we can, collectively, execute the consensus of the membership and participation of the Party.
All actions taken by the Committee are taken unanimously, IE all actions undertaken by the Committee require 100% agreement of the entire Committee.
The Committee varies in number from two to eight participants.
The general secretaries share a collective vote in the Committee instead of getting a vote each.
