Kicking things off.

This assembly hasn't done much yet, so I'd like to propose that we consider setting up some sort of outreach effort to related organisations and charities. This would require:

* researching appropriate new contacts
* contacting them

We would also need to consider precisely what our goals and aims are. If people are interested, the first step for this would be a meeting to flesh things out.
